It would be great if Papership could automatically crop the white space of pdf articles. In many journal articles, the white space surounding each page is quite big, taking up limited space on the tablet screen.
I know that it is already possible to zoom in manually. However, when zoomed in it is no longer possible to flip pages, but only to scroll. An automatic crop would thus be quite convenient.
Thank you very much for the suggestion. I understand the appeal in your case, but we’ve also received feedback from people using these margins to put annotations, sometimes even requesting the ability to add more white space.
So there’s definitely something that could be done to add or trim margins, on-demand, but that’s not a priority right now.
